| | | | | A rotting wedding cake. A tormented bride, imprisoned in a cobwebbed mansion where time stands still. Adapted from Charles Dickens Great Expectations this is the tantalising tale of Miss Havisham, a decaying bride who was jilted at the alter decades ago.
The aged woman keeps a firm grip upon her adopted daughter Estella with her wasting hands. A youthful boy pines through a dusty window at Estella, in hopes that one day he will receive her love. The audience are hooked into the haunted house of Havisham. They are then whisked away upon a journey of Havisham’s tragic past hurtling through love, anger, revenge and ending in decay. | | Suitable for all curious minds aged twelve and above, and brave adults alike. Become immersed in an entirely different world leaving lingering memories, enter the crumbling world...the world of Havisham.
